Brief: Polish PKN to sell transport units for $85 mln

Nov 16 (Reuters) -  
    * Poland's biggest refiner PKN Orlen  PKN.WA  agreed to sell 
three rail transport units for a total of 336 million zlotys  
($85 million).  
    * PKP Cargo  PKPP.WA , the European Union's second-biggest 
rail cargo operator said on Monday it will buy Orlen Koltrans 
for 192 million zlotys and Euronaft for 59 million zlotys. 
    * In a separate statement Transpolonia  TRNP.WA , another 
transport firm, said it would buy PKN's Orlen Transport for 84.5 
million zlotys.
