Brief: Trans Polonia and units sign mezzanine loan agreement

Feb 16 (Reuters) - Trans Polonia SA  TRNP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that together with its units, TP sp. z 
o.o., Quick TP sp. z o.o. SKA, Inter TP sp. z o.o. SKA , Tempo 
TP sp. z o.o. SKA and TRN Estate SA signed a Mezzanine loan 
agreement with Syntaxis Capital Limited and Syntaxis II 
Luxembourg Capital s.a r.l.  
    * The agreement was signed as a result of negotiations about 
which the company informed on Dec. 10, 2015  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN13Y02Q 
    * Under the agreement the company and its units will receive 
secured loans of total amount of 24.2 million zlotys ($6.2 
million) for partial financing of purchase of 100 percent stakes 
in  ORLEN Transport SA and Petrotrans s.r.o.
