on framework structure of acquisition financing with Syntaxis 
Capital Limited 
    * Plans to issue series G shares and series B warrants 
entitling to series H shares to as part of financing Orlen 
Transport acquisition  
    * Plans to issue series G shares and series B warrants 
entitling to series H shares to, among others, Syntaxis fund 
    * To call extraordinary shareholders meeting to vote capital 
increase via private placement without pre-emptive rights 
    * Extraordinary shareholders meeting is called for Jan. 5, 
2016 
    * Its unit TP Sp. z o.o. agreed to buy Orlen Transport on
