March 16 (Reuters) - Trans Polonia SA  TRNP.WA : 
    * To invest about 62 million zlotys ($15.43 million) over 
2018-2020 
    * Plans to fund investment from own funds and share issue 
    * Investments plans from H2 
    * Plans to buy over 100 new cisterns and 40 tractors 
    * 6.2 million zlotys out of 62 million zlotys to be used to 
increase the company's working capital
