    * Shareholders resolve capital increase by 717,500 zlotys  
($174,015.33) through the issuance of series G shares in a 
private placement at issue price of 3.00 zlotys per share 
    * Shareholders resolve to issue 792,711 series B 
subscription warrants with rights for series H shares on 1:1 
ratio to  Syntaxis II Luxembourg Capital
