** Shares of Canadian packaging firm Transcontinental
 TCLa.TO  up as much as 7.5% at C$18.85
    ** Co reported Q4 results after market close on Wednesday
    ** Co posts Q4 adjusted EPS of 79 Canadian cents vs
estimates of 73 Canadian cents, helped by cost reduction efforts
    ** Q4 revenues of C$749.3 mln($528.42 mln) vs estimates of
C$758.40 mln on lower volume in Retail Services and Printing and
packaging sectors, partially offset by favorable exchange rate
fluctuations
    ** Including session moves, stock has risen ~32% YTD
