** Shares of Transrail Lighting TRNR.NS rise as much as 9.2% to 494.70 rupees

** Engineering and construction co on Monday said it has won new orders worth 10.85 bln rupees ($126.6 mln)

** Since listing in late December last year, stock has fallen 17%

 ($1 = 85.6920 Indian rupees)
