** Shares of India's Transrail Lighting TRNR.NS rise 2.3% to 646 rupees

** The construction firm said it won new orders worth 5.48 billion rupees ($61.8 million), entered a new country in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region

** YTD stock up ~20%
