HK's aviation tech services firm TravelSky falls; China Southern trims stake

** Shares of aviation information technology services
provider TravelSky Technology Ltd  0696.HK  fall as much as 3.3
pct after three straight sessions of gains 
    ** China Southern Air Holding Co Ltd  SASACH.UL  plans to
transfer 146.6 mln domestic shares, or 5.01 pct, of TravelSky to
a unit of China Mobile Communications Group Co Ltd  CHNMC.UL

    ** China Southern Holding, which will hold 268.56 mln
TravelSky shares on completion of the deal, says the move is due
to its own business development needs and it does not plan to
further decrease its stake in the company    
    ** Deal is subject to approval from State-owned Assets
Supervision and Administration Commission; deal value not
disclosed  
    ** As of last close, TravelSky shares had fallen 8.5 pct so
far this year
    ** Hong Kong Hang Seng sub-index tracking information
technology firms  .HSCIIT  dips 1.2 pct
