** Shares of internet media firm Travelzoo  TZOO.O  rise
3.7% to $4.75 premarket    
    ** Says fourth-quarter EPS from continuing operations came
in at $0.20, compared to a loss of $0.27 a year earlier
    ** Analysts had expected $0.10 - Refinitiv IBES est
    ** Rev climbed 36% to $18.6 mln vs est of $18.3 mln
    ** Stock down 1.7% this year, as of last close
