 TVTX.O  fall 4% to $14.43 in extended trading
    ** Co pauses enrollment in the late-stage trial of its drug
pegtibatinase for the treatment of classical homocystinuria due
to address necessary process improvements in manufacturing
scale-up
    ** Homocystinuria is a rare inherited disorder in which the
body can't process certain amino acids
    ** TVTX anticipates the earliest date to restart enrollment
will be in 2026
    ** As of Thursday's close, stock is up 67% YTD
