premarket
    ** Drug developer gets full U.S. FDA approval for Filspari,
which slows kidney function decline in adults with primary IgA
Nephropathy and at risk of disease progression
    ** IgAN is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation
and kidney damage
    ** FDA also approved the expansion of the drug's label,
lowering the threshold to define patients who are at risk of
progressive kidney function loss
    ** With this, the addressable patient population in the U.S.
rises to over 70,000 from 30,000-50,000 earlier, analysts at
Leerink say
    ** Stock has gained 10.5% YTD, as of last close
