The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified on 26 November 2014 of the sale on 25 November 2014 by Frank Elkins, PDMR, of 5,749 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1768.823p following his exercise of options under the Performance Share Plan.
Following this exercise and sale Mr Elkins has a beneficial interest 12,118 shares which represent <0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
