The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified today of the exercise of nil cost options over 7,578 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") and sale of 3,589 shares by Arthur Davidson (PDMR), under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan, on 9 December 2014. The sale price being 1802.1388 pence per share.
As a result, Mr Davidson has increased his beneficial interest to 125,571 shareswhich represent <0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
