The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified on 23 March 2015 of the purchase on 20 March 2015 by the persons named below of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), under the Travis Perkins Share Matching Scheme, at a price of 1998.6422p. As a result of these purchases, such persons have the beneficial interests in shares set out below.
