The Board of the Company was notified, on 26 March 2015, of the exercise and part sale, by John Carter, Director, of nil cost optionsunder the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plans and Deferred Share Bonus Planover the number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares").
