In common with all eligible employees, each executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') may participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares which are ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('shares'), and which may be purchased using deductions from pre-tax salary either monthly or by a one-off lump sum payment. 
The Board of the Company has been notified on 10 April 2015, of the purchaseon the 7th April 2015,by the persons named below, of Partnership Shares at a price of 1984p. As a result of which such persons have the beneficial interests in shares set out below:-
