The Board of the Company was notified, on 17 April 2015, of the exercise and sale, of nil cost
options under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan, Deferred Share Bonus  and Share Matching
Scheme over the number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") by the persons set
out below, on two dates:

Robin Proctor, PDMR,
