The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified today of the purchase, on 1 June 2015, of 17 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), pursuant to the Company's Dividend Re-investment Plan, for Deborah Grimason, PDMR, at a price of 2224.241p. As a result of this purchase Ms Grimason's beneficial interest is 1,560 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
