The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified today of the purchase, on 3 June 2015, of 973 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), pursuant to the Company's Dividend Re-investment Plan, for Robert Walker, Director, at a price of 2224.241p. As a result of this purchase Mr Walker's beneficial interest is 95,603 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
