The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified today of the Purchase on 22 October 2015 of 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") by Anthony Buffin, Director, at a price of 1826.462p which have been placed into his joint nominee account held with Mrs Buffin. As a result of this purchase Mr Buffin's beneficial interest is 89,000 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
