The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified today of the
sale on 10 May 2016 by Martin Meech, PDMR,  of 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1812p.  As a result of this
sale Mr Meech's beneficial interest is 56,971 shares which represents less
than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
