The Board of the Company was notified today of the sale of ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company by the PDMR as set out below:

their PCA acquired ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Shares') in the Company
on 26 May 2017 in accordance with the Company's Dividend Re-investment Plan.
