The Board of the Company was notified on 8 December of the exercise and sale,
of nil cost options under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan and the
Co-Investment Share Plan over the number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company by Paul Tallentire, PDMR, as set out below:
