Non- executive director - term extension

Travis Perkins announces the extension of the term of appointment of Andrew Simon as a non-executive director of the Company from 20th February 2015 (being the ninth anniversary of his appointment) until 31 October 2015. 

Andrew currently chairs the Remuneration Committee and the StaySafe Committee, is a member of the Nominations Committee of the Board and is the Senior Independent Director.
