In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms the following in relation to Peter Redfern and John Rogers, who have been appointed as Directors of the company with effect from 1 November 2014:-
Peter Redfern is currently a director of Taylor Wimpey plc, and was appointed to this position on 3 July 2007.
John Rogers is currently a director of J Sainsbury plc, and was appointed to this position on 19 July 2010.
There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13.
