                           Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

   The Company announces that, on 24  September 2018, an award in respect  of
   ordinary shares of 10p  each in the Company  ("Shares") was made to  Robin
   Miller (PDMR) by way  of a nil  cost option over  23,719 Shares under  the
   Travis Perkins  Plc 2017  Performance Share  Plan ("PSP").  The number  of
   shares subject to the  options awarded has been  calculated using a  share
   price of £11.13 (the average market price over the 5 dealing days prior to
   the award).

   On the same date, Robin Miller was also awarded 2,695 market value options
   under the HMRC  tax-advantaged CSOP  element of  the PSP  and an  exercise
   price of £11.13  (the average market  price over the 5 dealing days  prior
   to the award). 

   The options over these awards will normally be exercisable from 24
   September 2021, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions. If
   the options vest they are exercisable until the tenth anniversary of
   grant. 

   In the event that dividends are paid in the period between grant and
   vesting, the number of shares awarded will be increased to reflect the
   dividends that would have accrued had they been reinvested in shares.

   announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market
   Abuse Regulation.
