The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified yesterday of the
purchase,  on 10 November 2015,  of 12 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company ("shares"), pursuant to the Company's Dividend Re-investment Plan, for
Deborah Grimason, PDMR, at a price of 1983p.  As a result of this purchase Ms
Grimason's beneficial interest is 1,657 shares which represents less than 0.1%
of the issued share capital.
