2015 of the sale on 29 December 2015 by Robert Walker, Chairman,  of 25,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of
19933.2064p.  As a result of this sale Mr Walker's beneficial interest
is 72,593 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share
