 The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified on 30 December
2015 of the sale on 29 December 2015 by Robert Walker, Chairman,  of 25,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of
1993.32064p.  As a result of this sale Mr Walker's beneficial interest is
72,593 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
