** Although co expects construction market to remain uncertain, it says it expects FY results broadly in line with market expectations

** Co's Q2 LFL revenue from its largest merchanting business falls 1% vs 3.2% in Q1

        **JP Morgan analysts, however, say that results are decent, especially given investor concerns from mixed UK company updates

** TPK down about 22% YTD, as of last close
