   The Board of the Company was notified on 14 March 2019 of the exercise and
   sale, of nil cost options under the Travis Perkins Deferred Share Bonus
   Plan ("DSB") and Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan (PSP) over the
   number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company by the PDMR as set
