** Building materials supplier reports 3.7% like-for-like revenue growth at toolstation division in Q1; total group rev falls 2.4%

** Peel Hunt calls firm "an excellent turnaround candidate" as margins improve with maturing store network

** Reiterates "buy", PT of 750p

** Expects co's merchanting division to go back to earlier profitability levels

** YTD, TPK loses ~27.5%
