Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

The Annual Report and Accounts of Treatt in respect of the financial year
ended 30 September 2023, together with the Notice of the 2024 Annual General
Meeting on pages 142 to 153 of the annual report, are available on the Treatt
website at www.treatt.com (http://www.treatt.com) .

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5, the following documents
have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at

The Company confirms that, in accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated

Hard copies of the Annual Report are being despatched on 12 December 2023 to
