Notification of a Transaction of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility 
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.(R), Douglas Rash, VP Global Sales, Treatt USA, notified the Company on 29 September 2014 that on that day he purchased 1,325 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 143.5p per share. The shares purchased represent 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following this transaction Mr Rash's total holding stands at 23,480 shares being 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
