(R), the Company was notified on 14 January 2015 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 17,554 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of 1.41 per share. The shares represent 0.033% of the issued share capital of the company.
Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 110,870 shares being 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
