Notification of a Transaction of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility 
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.(R), Douglas Rash, VP Global Sales, Treatt USA, notified the Company on 10 February 2016 that on that day he sold 17,500 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 185p per share, which were registered in the name of Charles Schwab & Co Inc. The shares sold represent 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following this transaction Mr Rash's total holding stands at 7,527 shares being 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
