In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the
Company was today notified that on 20 June 2022 Daemmon Reeve, Chief Executive
Officer, purchased 2,644 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of £7.466
per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Daemmon Reeve is interested in 540,500 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.9% of the Company's total
voting rights.
