In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the
Company was today notified that on 15 August 2022 Timothy Jones, Chairman,
purchased 8,944 ordinary shares of the Company at an aggregated price of
£5.55 per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Tim Jones is interested in 67,032 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's total voting
rights.
