Voting Rights and Capital
Treatt's capital consists of 52,405,170 ordinary shares with voting rights. During the month of September 2014 the number of shares held in a Trust, under which voting rights are waived, decreased by 106,340 to 955,885.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 51,449,285.
The above figure (51,449,285) may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
