Voting Rights and Capital
During the month of December 90,000 shares were allotted to Treatt SIP Trustees Limited and therefore Treatt's capital consists of 52,495,170 ordinary shares with voting rights. The voting rights on shares held by Treatt SIP Trustees Limited and in the Employee Benefit Trust are waived.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt remains at 51,453,325.
The above figure (51,453,325) may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
