Voting Rights and Capital
Treatt's capital consists of 52,495,170 ordinary shares with voting rights. The number of shares held in Treatt SIP Trustees Limited and in the Employee Benefit Trust, under which voting rights are waived, is 823,350.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 51,671,820.
The above figure (51,671,820) may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
