Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

October 13, 2025, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Directors, Russell Hallbauer, has advised the Company that he exercised a total of 75,000 share options, which are due to expire November 4, 2025, and sold a total of 75,000 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$5.90 per share (approximately £3.14/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
