Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

January 26, 2026, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Executives, Bryce Hamming, was issued 136,012 common shares by the Company related to the vesting of Performance Share Units on January 16, 2026, and advised the Company that he subsequently sold a total of 136,012 common shares of the Company at an average price of C$10.00 per share (approximately £5.38/share).
