 * The Trendlines Group Ltd negotiations towards a definitive agreement for the 
   sale of E.T.View Medical Ltd. 
 * Negotiations towards a definitive agreement for the sale of E.T.View Medical 
   Ltd. 
 * Group is expected to receive net proceeds of approximately US$3.3 million 
 * Group is expected to receive a gain from the proposed sale of approximately 
   US$2 million before tax 
 * Negotiations with international co, with intention to sign definitive 
   agreement as soon as possible, to sell etview to potential buyer 
 * Consideration for the proposed sale, currently under negotiations, will be 
   US$16 million
