Trevi Therapeutics rises as Oppenheimer sees promise in cough, itch treatment

** Shares of biopharm co  TRVI.O  rise 6.8% to a more than
two-week high of $2.28 after Oppenheimer starts with
"outperform" 
    ** Brokerage assigns PT of $10, representing an over
four-fold rise from current levels 
    ** Says keen on the prospects of co's oral candidate Haduvio
to address chronic cough associated with idiopathic pulmonary
fibrosis, and chronic itch 
    ** Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a condition in which the
lungs become scarred and breathing becomes increasingly
difficult
    ** Says prior U.S. and EU approval of Haduvio's active
ingredient provides safety and regulatory comfort, notes
operating cash is "ample" for next steps in both programs
    ** Brokerage says Haduvio has over $750 mln revenue
potential in U.S. alone
    ** Stock has nearly tripled so far this year
