premarket 
    ** TMBR on Tuesday aftermarket said the U.S. FDA had granted
orphan drug designation to its experimental treatment, TMB-003,
for systemic sclerosis  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNE9TKsYN
    ** Orphan drug tag is granted to drugs and biologics
intended to treat or prevent rare diseases affecting less than
200,000 people in the United States
    ** TMB-003 is currently in preclinical development and co
expects to submit application for starting clinical studies to
the FDA in 2022  
    ** Systemic sclerosis or Scleroderma is an autoimmune
disorder that causes inflammation and thickening of the skin and
