The Company announces that it has been informed that, on 19 January 2026, Tim Eckes (Client Services Director) has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 3,251 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 240.00 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 3,251 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 241.04 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the completion of these transactions his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 147,180 Ordinary Shares in total, representing approximately 0.84% of the Company's total voting rights.
