Dividend Declaration
 
As indicated in the Final Results announcement published on 15 June 2021, the Board of Triad Group Plc (the "Company") is proposing a final dividend of 2.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2021. 
 
Subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 28 July 2021, the final dividend will be paid on 20 August 2021 to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 30 July 2021.
