The Company confirms that copies of its annual report and accounts for the
year ended 31 March 2024 and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have
been posted to shareholders and will be available on the Company's website at
www.triad.co.uk.

 

The Company confirms that its AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 22
August 2024 at The Josephine Room, The Jugged Hare, 49 Chiswell Street,
London, EC1Y 4SA.
